Committee responsibilities

The CE Employment and Remuneration Committee is responsible to act for and advise Council on matters pertaining to the employment of the Chief Executive, senior staff succession, strategic human resource policy and statutory compliance including:

• managing the remuneration and performance review of Council’s Chief Executive
• establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Chief Executive.
