The Kudos Science Trust – Kudos Awards

The Kudos Science Trust was established in 2007 to recognise and celebrate the achievements of our region's top scientists and engage with Waikato youth by providing access to resources and connecting secondary schools with Kudos scientists.

The Kudos Awards have eight categories of science excellence covering areas such as medical, agricultural, engineering, the environment and education.

Waikato Regional Council has been a key partner since its inception. Science underpins all that we do here at Waikato Regional Council and assists in key decision making.
