Changes at Environment Waikato’s Taupo office

People dropping into Environment Waikato’s Taupo office to pay their rates, or find information about activities such as the Protecting Lake Taupo Project or pest control, will notice a few changes.

The reception entrance has moved from Titiraupenga Street around the corner, into Paora Hapi Street.

The office has been enlarged to provide a more efficient reception area and accommodate two new staff members, Environment Waikato agricultural advisors Derek Ryan and Faith Barber.

Mr Ryan and Ms Barber are working on the Protecting Lake Taupo project and are available to help farmers work through new rules designed to protect water quality in Lake Taupo.

If you would like to contact them, please ring the Taupo office on (07) 378 6539, or call in to make an appointment.
