Draft Regional Land Transport Programme
Investment in the Waikato transport system is critical to improving regional and national economic prosperity and road safety. Investment to improve our region’s strategic transport infrastructure and maintain our existing transport network and services supports growth and development and represents value for money.
The Waikato Regional Land Transport Programme (RLTP) for 2012/13 – 2014/15 is the basis for requesting government funding and includes the Waikato Regional Transport Committee’s view of the transport issues facing the Waikato region and priorities for funding.
